The new version of Acrobat Reader 7.0 will allow you to make comments, highlight, search, and add note boxes in the .pdf files that have commenting enabled. All of the downloads form this site will have commenting enabled. After you open your document be sure to go to the tools drop down menu and select commenting tools.
